Chris Reynolds is a geriatric consultant pharmacist with 15 years’ experience in Long Term Care and a Doctorate of Pharmacy graduate from South Dakota State University. He has in depth knowledge of CMS rules and regulations that govern and affect long-term care facilities and been a part of 100’s of state surveys and even multiple federal surveys. At Avera Long Term Care Pharmacy, South Dakota’s largest long-term care pharmacy, he reviews about 1000 patients per month.
