Facility Member

Facility members make up a diverse group of healthcare professionals within the healthcare industry representing hospitals, long-term care facilities, home care, hospice, assisted living and senior living communities.  Facility members have access to all benefits and resources that SDAHO has to offer.

Associate Member

Associate Membership in SDAHO is available to organizations which do not qualify for institutional membership. Our Associate Members are a diverse group that includes national and multi-office consulting firms, health care suppliers, associations, clinics, and others.
