Ryan is the Senior Vice President of Business Development and is based in the corporate headquarters office in Allentown, PA. Ryan is a US Army Veteran having served on U.S. Army active duty from 1996-2008. He is a veteran of the Iraq war with deployments in 2003 and 2011 and is now a retired Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Army Reserve. He has a master’s degree in public administration from the John Jay College of Criminal Justice and a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
