Participants will learn basic tips and best practices to reduce fear and uncertainty in communication, foster a more inclusive environment, and enhance workplace and societal engagement. The session combines real-world examples and actionable guidance.

Vicki Stewart is the Executive Director of Employment Disability Resources in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Vicki has a B.A. in religion with a minor in psychology from Augustana University. She has worked in the field of disabilities for 34 years striving for full inclusion of people with disabilities in employment, community living, and all aspects of society.
Vicki is a member of South Dakota RehabACTion, the Sioux Empire Society for Human Resource Management, and the Sioux Falls Downtown Rotary.
Vicki's leadership extends beyond her organization through her service on the South Dakota Society of Human Resource Management State Council, the Levitt at the Falls Board of Directors, the ADA Sioux Falls Committee, the Sioux Falls Human Relations Commission, and the Sioux Empire United Way Board, where she contributes her expertise and commitment to strengthening communities and advancing inclusive practices.
