Debbie Rayburn has dedicated over 30 years to senior care in both for-profit and non-profit settings. Discovering long-term care early in her career, she quickly embraced its rewards and went on to serve in diverse roles, including VP of Operations and Chief Healthcare Officer for a Northwest non-profit overseeing CCRCs across seven states. A steadfast advocate for gerontological nursing, she continues to elevate and honor the specialty as essential to quality of senior care. Long before CMS required QAPI, Debbie embraced continuous quality improvement, believing system-based solutions drive lasting improvements in resident care. Today, she advances excellence in long-term care through her consulting work with senior care facilities and organizations.
