Have you maintained your vigilance in your preparation activities? CMS has updated their regulations and interpretative guidelines numerous times since the original regulations were published in 2016. Are you compliant with the updated expectations? This presentation will discuss current regulations and the most recently updated interpretative guidelines including required policies, procedures, training and exercises.
