In this session, we will reframe feedback as a tool for clarity, growth, and connection—not just correction. We will also explore how feedback, coaching, and accountability work together to support performance and development.
Participants will walk away with a simple, practical approach they can use right away to deliver feedback with confidence, even in challenging situations.
- Distinguish between feedback, coaching, and accountability and explain how each supports employee performance and development.
- Recognize common barriers to providing feedback and identify strategies to move past hesitation or avoidance with greater confidence.
- Apply a structured feedback model to construct and deliver clear, respectful, and outcome-focused feedback.
