Overview: This session will review the work completed for the FY 2027 Nursing Facility Reimbursement Review. The timeline for the review and related work group meetings will be reviewed. Analysis of FY 2027 rates will be presented. Analysis of rate setting options for FY 2028 including methodology adjustment options will be discussed.

He has over 27 years’ experience working with nursing facility reimbursement systems.
