Connie’s educational background is equally impressive. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences as well as a Masters in Organizational Leadership. Connie is currently completing her PhD in Industrial & Organizational Psychology, researching cutting-edge strategies for enhancing workplace performance and employee engagement.

Connie Schroeder,PhD (abd) President and Executive Director of Dr. Connie Consulting, brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her training programs. With a career that spans a variety of industries, she has held various leadership positions up to Corporate level management. In 2000, Connie embarked on her entrepreneurial journey by founding Complete Career Center (CCC), a highly reputable staffing agency that she led and developed for 24 years. Through CCC, Connie worked closely with businesses across diverse sectors such as manufacturing, medical, hospitality, legal, retail, construction, financial, automotive & electrical.
