Overview:
Hospice CAHPS scores are more than survey results—they are a direct reflection of the family experience, the quality of communication, and the consistency of care delivered across the interdisciplinary team. In an increasingly competitive hospice landscape, organizations must understand not only what the CAHPS measures evaluate but also how to operationalize improvements that are sustainable, measurable, and meaningful to patients and families.
Target Audience: Hospice
Registration closes Nov 18 at noon CT.
