Mastering SNF Quality Measures - Member Opportunity

Association Updates,

Navigate the Quality Measures (QMs) that define SNF performance with practical strategies to improve outcomes, strengthen compliance, and protect reimbursement. Participants will develop a clear understanding of how key measures are defined, coded, and calculated—and how day-to-day clinical practice translates into overall facility performance. Each session includes practical strategies, real-world examples, and focused documentation guidance designed to strengthen data accuracy, support compliance, and drive meaningful improvements in resident care.

This upcoming SDAHO member-exclusive series, provided by Proactive LTC, offers a practical, easy-to-apply overview of the QMs that define SNF performance, helping providers improve outcomes, strengthen compliance, and protect reimbursement.

Designed for Directors of Nursing, administrators, MDS/RAI nurses, clinical reimbursement specialists, and interdisciplinary team members, each session connects day-to-day clinical practice to overall facility performance. Participants will gain insight into how measures are defined, coded, and calculated, along with real-world strategies to improve documentation and data accuracy.

Each session is one hour and begins at 1:30pm CT/12:30pm MT.
