Conflict Prevention and Resolution Fundamentals

This training introduces the foundational elements of workplace conflict, focusing on how to recognize early signs and prevent escalation. Participants will explore common sources of conflict and learn practical de-escalation techniques they can apply in real-time. Through guided practice and discussion, attendees will begin building the confidence to respond calmly and constructively in challenging situations. While this session lays groundwork, it also offers a preview of more advanced resolution strategies that can be explored in a 2nd accompanying workshop.
