The 2024 Serious Illness Scorecard – Opportunities to Improve Palliative Care Access in South Dakota

Finally, participants will learn how to leverage the Palliative Care Scorecard and individual state reports to identify critical gaps, prioritize initiatives, and implement strategies aimed at increasing palliative care access in South Dakota.
