In a follow-up to their session at the SDAHO Annual Convention, the team at Think3D returns to continue their discussion about culture, organizational and personal development, and training.

This session will involve some interactive pieces, and some time for Q&A, so come ready to discuss your vision for culture, and how you plan to hire, retain, train, and develop the next generation of leaders to help your organization thrive.

Objectives:

• Define your priorities for culture over the next 12-18 months
• Create a 90-day plan to bring your team up to speed on these priorities
• Identify the specific impacts that you will address
• Create a list of “non-negotiables” that will help drive accountability, coaching, and performance over the next 12-18 months
• Set follow-up touchpoints with an accountability partner
